Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero – Super Limit-Breaking Neo DLC Launches July 30

Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero is set to expand its universe with the upcoming release of the Super Limit-Breaking Neo DLC on July 30, 2026. This new content promises to enhance the gameplay experience with a wealth of new features, including additional playable characters, destructible stages, and an exciting new solo mode.

The Super Limit-Breaking Neo DLC introduces a fresh solo mode called “Limit Breaker Journey.” This mode allows players to immerse themselves in the Dragon Ball world by selecting their favorite character and developing them according to their playstyle. Players will navigate an interactive map, triggering various events and battles to gain experience points (EXP) and collect unique items known as Battle Arts.

Battle Arts can be equipped to unlock special effects, such as temporary boosts to ki-based attacks or increased attack power in Sparking mode. Players must manage their SP wisely, as there is a limit to how many Battle Arts they can equip. As players progress, they can allocate points among six different stats to further customize their characters.

In addition to the new solo mode, the DLC will add around 30 new playable characters, each featuring unique interactions during battles. Players can look forward to seeing characters like Mercenary Tao and Grandpa Gohan, who will showcase their Ultimate Blasts in the game.

The DLC also enhances the game’s beloved stage destruction feature by introducing four new destructible stages: Kami’s Palace, Kame House, Bitter Tundra, and Stratosphere (Earth and Planet Vegeta). The immersive destruction mechanics will allow players to experience battles that can alter the environment dramatically, including the complete destruction of Kami’s Palace.

Alongside the DLC, players can expect free updates that will introduce new features such as Sparking Boost and Chain Blast, further enriching the gameplay experience.
