MY HERO ULTRA RUMBLE Season 18 Welcomes Gentle Criminal as New Playable Character

Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc. has announced the launch of Season 18 for MY HERO ULTRA RUMBLE, introducing Gentle Criminal as a brand-new playable character. This update enhances the free-to-play 24-player Battle Royale game inspired by the popular anime series.

Gentle Criminal, characterized as a modern-day gentleman thief, joins the roster as a Technical-type fighter. His unique Quirk, Elasticity, allows him to maneuver gracefully across the battlefield, deflect incoming attacks, and execute creative aerial assaults. His move set includes:

• Gently Arrow: Fires a feather pen projectile using the elasticity of the air.
• Gently Rebound: Creates a defensive air barrier that blocks attacks and counterattacks with shockwaves.
• Gently Avant: A high-speed dash attack that can ricochet multiple times for extended reach and damage.
• Special Action - Gently Trampoline: Launches allies into the air while sending opponents flying.

In addition to the new character, Season 18 brings a significant update to the battlefield with the introduction of Chaos City Ver. 02. This revamped map features a destroyed Shopping District Area, which now includes new underground shops and exploration routes. Players will have fresh opportunities to navigate the map and develop new combat strategies.

The season will also introduce a variety of new costumes and character illustrations, alongside ongoing events and rewards that allow players to further customize and enhance their favorite heroes and villains. Exclusive seasonal content will be available as the season progresses, providing players with additional incentives to engage with the game.

MY HERO ULTRA RUMBLE remains accessible for free on multiple platforms, including PlayStation®4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch™, and PC via Steam®. The game supports cross-play, enabling players to team up with friends and utilize their favorite MY HERO characters in battle.
