The Goodyear Blimp Takes Flight in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024

The Goodyear Blimp, a symbol of aviation history, has officially joined the roster of flyable aircraft in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. The modern Goodyear Blimp is based on advanced German Zeppelin technology, featuring a helium-filled, semi-rigid design that offers enhanced stability and control. It measures approximately 246 feet in length, can remain airborne for over 22 hours, and has a maximum speed of 73 mph. This state-of-the-art airship includes a carbon-fiber-and-aluminum internal structure, computer-controlled flight surfaces, and three vectored-thrust engines, making it a remarkable addition to the simulation.
