The Bermuda Triangle is calling, and Xbox Insiders can now join the first playtest for Wreck Runners. This cooperative extraction game invites players to team up with friends and explore a world filled with strange anomalies, valuable salvage, and lurking dangers beneath the waves.
Set to launch on Xbox on July 16, Wreck Runners allows up to four players to embark on expeditions where they must balance risk and reward. Players will search abandoned islands, underwater wrecks, and mysterious facilities for salvage while racing against time to return to the Barge before the Triangle claims them.
The playtest runs from July 9 at 10:00 AM PT to July 13 at 10:00 AM PT. This is a unique opportunity for players to experience the game early, provide feedback, and help shape its final form.
How to Participate
To join the playtest, players need to:
- Sign in on an Xbox Series X|S console.
- Launch the Xbox Insider Hub app (or install it from the Store if necessary).
- Navigate to Previews > Wreck Runners.
- Select Join and wait for the registration to complete.
- Follow the prompt to install the Wreck Runners Playtest from the Store.
This playtest is exclusive to Xbox Series X|S consoles, so players using other platforms will not be able to participate.
Providing Feedback
Players are encouraged to report any issues encountered during the playtest. To provide feedback, hold down the home button on the Xbox controller, select “Report a problem,” choose the Games category, and then select the Wreck Runners Playtest subcategory.
